Features of Version 10.7.1
Previously when a user makes changes in CatalogStudio, the changes gets updated in the Source database but will not get updated in the Destination database. In this release when a user makes changes in CatalogStudio, the changes will get updated in the Source database, when Live WebSync or Auto WebSync is done, the changes updated in the source database will be generated as an XML and the system will update in the Destination database as well.
CatalogStudio has an option for the users to Export and Import attributes and captions in the attribute details page. When the user clicks on the Export option, the attribute details will be exported into an excel file.
The user can create new attributes, update the attributes and caption values and make required changes in the excel sheet. This excel sheet can be used for importing the attribute details into CatalogStudio by using the Import option.
CatalogStudio has the option to Export and Import pick lists. CatalogStudio will allow the user to select the required Pick list(s) and export. CatalogStudio will allow the user to export one or more Pick list(s) and make the necessary changes and do a re-import. The Import and Export options are available in the pick lists page. When the user clicks on the Export option the Pick list details will be exported into an excel file.
CatalogStudio will allow users to view newly created products, modified products, deleted products and duplicate image list under the Report section.
CatalogStudio now has an option to share files in asset management using shareable hyperlinks. The user can copy and preview the file URL using the Copy and Preview options. The file URL can be shared by using Send E-mail option.
CatalogStudio now has an option to allow the user to edit the products in Inverted Product List.
Previously we only had the basic work flow concept implemented with a few static work flow options. With this new release the user can create own dynamic Status.
The user can also allocate the User roles for the source and destination work flow status under workflow settings.
